Executive Members - WACFL
WACFL is a Board made up of ten Executive Members who are voted in at the AGM. Executive Members are granted two year terms with five members up for election each year. The following Members have been voted in by affiliated WACFL Leagues.
Terry House (President) (odd)
Terry has been involved with football in the south west for 40 years in a playing, coaching or administration capacity and resides in Bunbury. A dual Hayward Medallist and five times premiership coach in the SWFL, Terry has a true passion for the game. Appointed to WACFL Executive in 1999, President since 2008 and Vice President of the Australian Country Football Council. Awarded WACFL Life Membership in 2011.
John Shadbolt (Senior Vice President) (even)
Played approximately 200 league games for Mukinbudin Football Club as well as representing the Central Wheatbelt Football League on numerous occasions. John has held various administration positions with the Mukinbudin FC and Central Wheatbelt FL and is a Life Member of the Mukinbudin FC. John resides in Mukinbudin and became an Executive Member in 2008.
Milton Milloy (Junior Vice President) (even)
Milton joined the WACFL Executive in 2008. He was Chairman of the Midwest RFDC for three years and has had a 12 year involvement with the Midwest/Midlands RFDCs. Currently coaches the Perth district country 15s development squad and is the coaching coordinator for the North Midlands FL. Milton was awarded Life Membership of Morawa FC after a playing, coaching and administrative career and has worked for the WAFC as Operations Manager Country Football.
Noel Miguel (odd)
Elected to the WACFL Executive in 2007, Noel has been a WA Country FL State Team Selector for six years and All Australian Selector in 2012. Noel lives in Beacon and has had an illustrious playing and coaching career in the Central Wheatbelt FL including 13 premierships. Noel is a Life Member of the Beacon FC.
Colin Cox (even)
Colin has been extensively involved with the Great Northern Football League in establishing a Three Panel Umpire Board, President of the Umpire Association for 10 years with three of those as Umpires Advisor and the current President of the Great Northern FL. Colin owns and runs a successful business in Geraldton. Colin played 10 years with the Whitfords Football Club and is a life member of the WAAFL. Colin joined the WACFL in 2014.
Ken Rowe (even)
After a long tenure in Newman, a recent move to Perth has allowed Ken to become a part of the WACFL Board. He brings with him a wealth of experience within the mining industry and North West Australia. He has been involved with the Newman Tigers and the Newman National Football League for an extended period of time. Ken Joined the WACFL in 2014.
Joe Burton (odd)
Joe has been Chairman of the Denmark Walpole Football Club for the previous 10 years and has also represented the Club as a player, coach and Life Member. In 2015 he commenced as Great Southern Football League Chairman and has also volunteered and been a pioneer in the development of the Great Southern Storm talent program. Joe joined the WACFL in 2015
Ian Stanley (odd)
Ian has been involved with the Kalannie FC and the Central Wheatbelt FL in playing and leadership roles for the past 32 years. Ian owns and operates a wheat and sheep farm in Kalannie and is widely recognised as a spokesperson for the integrated farm forestry industry in Australia. A WACFL Volunteer of the Year award winner in 2014 and life member of the Kalannie FC, Ian joined the WACFL in 2015.
Greg Baird (even)
Greg joined the WACFL in 2017 and brings with him a wealth of experience from football in the Mortlock where he was a former President for 5 years. Greg has experience on the League Committee, and with the Goomalling FC and has ran a successful Agribusiness in the region. He has a passion for grass roots football due to the social impact it can have in regional communities.
Barry Tate (odd)
Barry has recently stood down as President of the Margaret River Football club to take up a position on the SWFL as Chairmen. He has a strong knowledge of what's required to run a successful club on and off the field and has run a successful construction company in the South West since 1999. Barry joined the WACFL in 2015.
